We have a systematic, simple registration and admission process: -
The prospectus along with the Registration Form can be procured from the Admission Office on cash payment of Rs. 700 (Rs. 500 Prospectus +200 for Registration).
Duly filled in Registration Form along with attested photocopies of the requisite documents must be submitted at the Admission Office by the given date.
Cross checking of the documents will be done by the Admission Office. This will be followed by a meeting with the Principal.
For the child’s admission, both the parents will have to attend an interactive session with the Principal along with the child. For classes I and above, the child would have to undergo an entrance test.
The principal is empowered to admit, or refuse admission to any pupil at his/her discretion and to request the withdrawal of any pupil either in the interest of the school or in the pupil’s own interest.
No child will be admitted without his birth registration certificate, in original, his school leaving certificate issued by the last school attended by him/her, where applicable.
A student’s name and date of birth as recorded on the official documents are legal and will not be changed subsequently by school authorities.
Once the admission is confirmed, the parents will complete other admission related formalities.
Generally the transfer from other school in the classes from 5th to 12th students will be discouraged. However in transfer cases will be accepted only conducting the qualifying admission test and its proper result with a satisfactory query of the background of the incoming students from other school. If the case is not found satisfactory, then admission can be denied or accepted for a lower class according to the capability of the students.
The Documents Required During Admission:-
Duly Attested copy of Birth Certificate by the municipal committee.
4 copies of Passport size photograph of the child.
Proof the Residence.
Parent’s Photographs
Previous Year’s Report Card
Original transfer certificate (TC) from the previous school duly attested by the Regional office / DEO.
Aadhar Card copy of the child.
Parents would need to produce original certificates at the time of Admission for verification.
Parents Aadhar Card.
Parents Bank Account – Number (Photocopy).
Child’s Vaccination Record
